We are looking to recruit a Coating Operator to prepare, spray and in - process inspect customer product. Main responsibilities: To prepare customer product for spraying including cleaning, masking and blastingOperate semi-automatic equipment using predetermined programmesHVOF Spraying of Customer productPlasma Spraying of customer productSealing process of customer productMaintain required control of jigging / fixtures to ensure readily available and placed in correct designated areaMonitor and maintain section consumablesStock control of powder and ensure stored in neat and tidy mannerStripping of coating from Jigs / fixturesGoods Inwards inspection of received productIn process inspection of customer productThe correct use of company documentationMovement of work to the correct designated areas around the shop floorMonitoring and reporting on all material effecting processingEnsure machines / Spray Booth’s are operated according to site and manufacturers recommendations Follow company health & safety procedures and disciplinesFollow and comply with company environmental procedures.Follow and Comply with all quality system requirements relevant to Job DescriptionKeep the working environment clean and tidy and practise good housekeeping / 5S TechniquesWork with the philosophy - IF IN DOUBT - ASK!
