In this role, you will work under the supervision of the site leader to perform a range of routine and specialist cleaning task as required.
Sanitisation, disinfection or cleaning procedures in place. Taking responsibility for the stock display and site appearance. Managing a robust sales process.
You will also have responsibility for regular replenishment of stocks, cleaning of the bar area and beer lines amongst other tasks.
You will also work closely with the kitchen team supporting mise en place and be responsible for clearing and cleaning tables amongst other tasks.
