To be able to brick lay, plaster and a certain amount of carpentry work i.e, hang doors, lay flooring, fit architrave and skirting etc.
A willingness to adopt and embrace technology. 1st fix carpentry i.e. studwork, structural floors, roof framing. Domestic building: 5 years (required).
You must be skilled and experienced in skimming and must have own tools, must work in a clean and tidy manner. Must be able to arrange own transport to sites.
