Caretaker - Temp contract until July - Bromsgrove - £13 per hour Your new company You will be working at a single site in Bromsgrove as a Caretaker, responsible for the maintenance and security of the site. This is a temporary position, with full time hours until July 2021. Your new role You will be opening and locking up the site each day (Mon to Fri), and completing reactive and planned maintenance across the estate. This may include some touch up painting, changing light bulbs, fixing leaks, completing weekly water tests / fire alarms tests. You will arrange access for any contractors that need to visit.
