Advising Home Manager on any potential maintenance problems, e.g. heating systems, refrigeration, electrics, gas, and faulty equipment.
Pay Rate:- £14.90 - £16.82 per hour Paye (Van will be provided). Base Electrical Qualification C&G Part A and B OR C&G 236 Pt 1 & Pt 2. C&G 2391 or 2394/2395.
