Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a leading building products company who are looking for a CAD Technician.This is an interesting and diverse role supporting all technical activities in the production of concrete products The CAD Technician will be responsible for: - Providing technical advice to contractors, architects and engineers- Draughting 2D technical drawings using AutoCAD- Supporting internal and external sales teams with technical information and also at presentations and site visits- Providing technical information to production- Maintaining a good industry knowledge to maintain standards and identify NPD opportunities- Maintaining technical information and filesThe CAD Technician will need: - Previous experience in civil/structural engineering with an understanding of calculations- Good ability on 2D AutoCAD- The ability to communicate well with a variety of peopleElevation Engineering & Manufacturing is a specialist division within Elevation Recruitment Group; Specialising in the recruitment of Senior Projects; Design; Engineering positions Yorkshire and the surrounding regions.
