Role: Building Surveyor (Fire Protection)Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (subject to experience) + car + benefitsLocation: Sevenoaks, KentThe Client:Our client is a well-established private company operating for over 25 years both nationally and internationally.The Role:You will be conducting building surveys upon external cladding systems and compartments etc. on a massive roll-out of EWS1 surveys. Duties include general passive protection site surveys and production of written reports, under guidance from their Associate Director.The Candidate:You will have experience in a similar role, have a sound knowledge of Building Regulation Approved Document B, Understanding of external wall façade systems and be able to identify key external wallconstruction features, have the ability to carry out intrusive surveys, understand construction material fire rating to Euro Class classifications and most importantly keen & energetic to make your mark. You will have the right attitude, be driven and passionate about fire engineering and possess great interpersonal skills and be able to work in a team.The Package:In return, our client is offering a base salary of £40,000 - £50,000 subject to experience + car + benefits
