Track and manage the lease negotiation and sign off process as relevant to the Building Operations team specifically;
+ Ensure that there has been a sign off of all management information produced by project management teams prior to issue. + Knowledge of CDM regulations.
This is position is ideal for a university graduate or someone in their first 2 years of work and looking to grow a career within product or marketing.
Writes clearly and concisely, able to structure and present concepts well, can deliver written work that requires only cursory review/sign off.
