Completing internal and external repairs to boundary walls, garden walls, windows, air vents as well as carrying out paving, pointing and other duties.
Proactively solving all basic maintenance issues – these will include fixing doors, painting walls, cleaning the courtyard and changing light bulbs.
Scratch and patch plastering on to existing walls. We are looking for a Plasterer on a refurbishment project in Salford quays. Proof of right to work in the UK.
Keep work surfaces, walls and floors clean and sanitised. Experience in a similar role is preferable but not essential. Collect and wash up pots and pans.
