E.g. Welsh Government Design Quality Requirements, Building regulations, Planning Requirements, DDA, HHSRS, party wall act, CDM, asbestos, fire regulations etc.
Internal and External Protection including wall and floor cladding, refrigeration cabinets and gondola, bollards, trolleys bays etc. High first-time fix rate.
