Highly-numerate, have attention to detail, ability to work well under pressure and have a keen interest in complex products.
Identify remediations/read-across opportunities arising from Complaints, and track remediations to closure. Support FLDS with reporting and MI on complaints.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications; ability to work collaboratively through social media tools such as iEngage.
