Acerca de nuestro clienteSwitzerland's leading technology company is looking for a junior profile to join their Madrid offices as a customer care for the German marketDescripción de la oferta- Responsible for monitoring orders until delivery to customers to ensure excellence in service level.- Interaction with customers by email and telephone.- Act as the main contact person for assigned customer accounts.- Track delivery and ensure the quality of products and services delivered to B2B customers.- Deal with customer complaints, provide appropriate and alternative solutions on time; follow up to ensure resolution.- Administrative monitoring of sales and technical team projects.- Preparing bills in SAP.Perfil buscado (h/m)-2 to 5 years' experience in a customer service.- Mastery of SAP Business One.- Usual mastery of the Microsoft Office suite.- Fluency in German and English (oral and written) are mandatory, French and Italian are a big plus.Qué ofrecemosSalary: 18.000€ - 21.000€ Localed: Madrid8/9-17/18H M-T Friday 8:00-15:30HHomeoffice
