Background in working for a Property or construction consultancy. A passion for construction, for working client side and for new developments.
The candidate must have a NPORS or CPCS card for driving 360 excavators with good experience. The working hours on site are from 7:30am to 5:00pm.
Act as Employers Agent and administer the construction Contract/s including monitoring the contractor performance. Monitor progress (against programme) on site.
