Associate HR Business Partner

THE COMPANY:Brewster Partners have an exciting opportunity for an experienced generalist Associate HRBP to join a financial services organisation in Doncaster. The role is to cover a 12 month secondment with the possibility to become permanent. THE JOB:You will provide HR advice to managers and employees, supporting the HRBP to ensure activities and initiatives are implemented successfully in order to deliver the overall HR plan. Duties & Responsibilities include:Provide support and assistance to HR Business PartnerProvide professional HR advice and guidance in line with company policy and procedures to relevant client groupsEscalate any sensitive issues to HR Business Partners as appropriate;Manage ER issues as required; for example, conducting investigations and handling disciplinary and grievance hearingsProvide support for HR change activities and projectsRegularly provide relevant and timely HR metrics and analyse and review these to identify any opportunities or issues and support the HR Business Partner in addressing any areas of concernDeliver training to managers and employees as required including Inductions, Employee Opinion Survey presentations and Performance ManagementEnsure that all Governance and Compliance requirements are adhered to and all reporting and reviewing activities required by the Regulatory Bodies are carried out to the standards requiredContribute to the annual talent and succession process, supporting the HRBP, through facilitating challenge meetings, updating talent profiles and preparing packs identifying key themesTHE PERSON:Experience working in a fast-moving HR environmentStrong knowledge of HR practice and employment lawCIPD qualified or equivalent experienceDemonstrable experience of establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with a range of stakeholdersWillingness to challengeResilience and evidence of coping with changeStrong organisational skills and attention to detailExcellent Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel and PowerPointBENEFITS:Salary up to £35k per annumCompany annual bonusPrivate healthcareGroup pensionChildcare vouchersCycle to work schemePlus lots more!Brewster Partners Office Support & Technical Recruitment is a division of the Brewster Partners Recruitment Group focusing on the recruitment of talent in administration, business support, HR, sales, marketing and purchasing in South Yorkshire, West Yorkshire, East Yorkshire, North Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire and the Midlands.
