Experience working within the construction industry as either client, main contractor or specialist contractor. Conduct and process monthly valuations.
Suitable applicants should have previous experience working on site. Working 7.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday, (8.5 hours paid), parking on site.
Operating a 30T machine on a busy construction site. You must have a valid ADT license (A56 & A57). You must have your own PPE. £18 - £19 per hour.
Experience working on construction sites/projects would also be preferred. Applicants must have a valid CSCS card. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent.
