Degree in a construction, engineering or project management subject. Previous Project Management experience, ideally within Rail.
A valid tele handler license is essential. Remove sound & lighting flightcases and loading onto trucks, moving heavy equipment around the worksite.
Maintenance of accurate records of all drawings and other construction documents issued by consultants and contractors through each stage of the project.
£33,000-£37,000 Per Annum+ Van and fuel card. Carrying out repairs on void properties. Day to day re-active maintenance work. A full UK driving license.
