Lead and direct other staff in kitchen operations (Kitchen Manager). Be able to manage / support all facets of the Kitchen operation.
You're 18 or older and keep calm under pressure. An hourly rate of £9 per hour plus permanent team incentives. Blackfriars (District line and train station).
