Asset Manager (Commercial Heating) Glasgow £45,000 - £50,000 + Van + Healthcare + Pension + Holidays Rise Energy are looking for an experienced Asset or Facilities Manager with experience looking after a range of commercial energy solutions to join a well-established and growing company in the Renewable Heating sector. In this role you will be holding a number of responsibilities to ensure the efficient and continuous operation of equipment such as biomass boilers, CHP units, plantrooms and heat pumps. Some of your duties will include monitoring and reporting on KPIs and efficiencies, overseeing engineers, liaising with clients and planning maintenance schedules. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the Renewable Energy sector at a commercial level or will be experienced in a relevant M&E Trade, will be a people person with great communication and negotiation skills, will be a natural leader with management experience and will possess a desire to succeed alongside an equally successful company. This is a great role for someone to directly enter into a managerial position with a rapidly growing company in the Renewable Energy market, and the position will be perfect for someone who enjoys a balance of autonomy and responsibility in their area of work. The role: * Working closely with clients and engineers to prevent, identify and rectify faults for renewable commercial energy solutions * Monitoring efficiencies and KPIs and reporting back to management * Growing and leading a team of Engineers and Operatives * Assisting with recruitment campaigns and contributing towards the growth of the business * Managing relationships with clients and service providers to ensure that obligations and responsibilities are upheld The person * Relevant experience as a FM/Asset Manager in the Renewable Energy sector or a commercial M&E trade * Great communication skills and a confident leader * Motivated by the opportunity to develop and take charge of their own team within the company * A self-starter and driven by targets * Full UK driving license This vacancy is being advertised by Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd.
