Job Duties: Duties include: Fitting of machined parts, sheet metal brackets, bushings and bearings. Use of aircraft fasteners such as squeeze rivets, Hi Locs, anchor nuts, cherry rivets & torque tightened bolts & nuts. Application of adhesive for part fixing and the critical application of sealant to prevent liquid ingress and egress. Reading, interpreting and inspecting to technical drawings.Retaining traceability of materials through full completion of job sheet and inspection records.Compliance with Moyola's health and safety procedures and safe systems of work at all times. Positive input into continuous improvement activities. Work reasonable shift / overtime / flexible hours as requested by the company. Undertake and implement all training and development given by the company. Undertake any other reasonable duties required by the company. Qualifications / Experience: Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential. Experience working to high degree of accuracy with attention to detail.Ability to demonstrate a high level of personal organisation.Previous experience in a 'Right First Time' assembly environment & experience in working to customer specific technical assembly drawings will give a distinct advantage. Experience in a similar role will give a distinct advantage.
