Experience in mixing, scaling, shaping, and baking. Experience in working with long fermentation bread and sourdough products.
Work with others to ensure that bread products are prepared - dough mixed, shaped and baked in line with quality requirements and standard operating procedures.
We are looking for hard working Kitchen Porters to join our team and assist with maintaining a clean and tidy kitchen operation.
