The main focus of the baker is to maintain a supply of freshly baked bread, pastries & savouries to keep pace with the demand from the Bread and Café customers.
Whilst working in our kitchens, you’ll find no two days will be the same and you’ll be able to develop your skills with a variety of dishes and menus.
A stable background and experience within a similar environment is required. The ability to work under pressure.
