A van and power tools will be provided. Competitive rates of pay are available for the right candidate. Must be able to work alone or part of a team.
You will also complete tasks such as fire alarm testing, light bulb and tube changing and recording all meter readings.
Fire alarm monitoring, testing and evacuation procedures. Car park security and machine operation, includes cashing up. Part-time hours: 24 per week.
Have experience of maintaining alarm systems and or other safety equipment such as fire extinguishers or emergency lights. Have access to own hand tools.
