Clean paintwork, walls, doors etc. and internal glass as defined in work schedule. Without constant supervision, and be able to work as part of a team.

Duties to include taking deliveries, shifting materials and keeping the site clean/tidy. Must have a valid CSCS Card and Full PPE.

Previous experience in manufacturing, polishing, sanding or woodworking environments would be an advantage as well as having worked shifts before.

Resolution of general minor plumbing/heating issues etc. Boiler breakdown repairs and servicing. Installation and servicing of Vented/Unvented cylinders.

Applicants will need their own means of transport, a Full drivers’ license (due to rural location), and full right to work in the UK.
