Basic Salary up to £22,120 – Bonus of £1,650 p.a. Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:30, Saturdays 1 in 2 08:30 – 17:30. Day off during the week for Saturdays.

The proper and effective response is made to alarms monitored within Switchboard Services, including medical alarms, boiler alarms and security alarms.

Main disciplines required is carpentry but plumbing, painting, titling and plastering also a bonus. Maintenance and repair work on void properties.
