To deliver on site cleaning and waste operative duties according to the schedule and specification and as instructed by your Manager.

Must be able to work to a high quality and have own tools and transport. Required to carry out general service work, MOT repairs and general breakdowns.

Ability to do basic levels of plumbing and electrical work. Ability to paint and decorate around the Home. Carry out repair work as required.

Know how to have fun and be part of a team. Understand the importance of organisation and good quality. Salary: up to £9.20 per hour depending on experience.

Manage waste through correct portion control & records. Carry out instructions as given by management and head office. Adhere to company polices & procedures.

Measuring floor space and estimating the materials needed. Working within the warehouse re-rolling, measuring and cutting materials in preparation for use.

General maintenance of plant and machinery. Help run and set CNC machine tools. Help and assist in the cutting of raw materials.

You have good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to demonstrate confidence when talking to Customers by telephone.
