Keeping the kitchen and equipment clean and tidy. Manage a team of Catering assistants within the kitchen on a day to day basis. Able to work on own initiative.

Hours will be between 16 - 20 extra hours may be available. This will involve working weekends, bank holidays and evenings with days off during the week.

Knowledge of the approach required when working with fragile historic collections as well as Health & Safety and emergency procedures.
