To undertake the maintenance and repair of the Gas and Plumbing and Mechanical service, including fabric tasks of buildings as required under contract.

Current projects include a total refurbishment of a 3 storey property in Kings Lynn, a landscaping job in Norwich and a new kitchen installation in Lowestoft.

22 hours per week, averaged over two weeks. Expectation of working hours: Night shifts 7:30pm to 7:30am, alternative weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.
