We run between 8 -10 projects at anyone time from covering extensions, loft conversions and new builds. Must have extensive building knowledge.

Undertake building energy inspections for both compliance purposes and the identification of energy improvement potential. Accuracy and attention to detail.

Salary: *£30-£38k depending on experience. To carry out servicing as per the LPCB sprinkler rules and identify any faults. Good knowledge of Sprinkler Systems.

You will be also be required to ensure swimmers follow safe swimming practice, enforce and adhere to pool rules and regulations.

Experience of site monitoring good practice, particularly in relation to planning and which may include minerals and waste management development.
