Monitor, maintain and improve supplies of materials in construction. Implement contract work in construction. Prepare drawings and schedules in construction.
New roofs, flat roofs (mostly torch on felt & rubber), roof repairs, leadwork, fascias, soffits, guttering, brickwork repointing etc.
You will be required to work some weekends, but no split shifts and very few evenings. Part-time hours: 25 /30 per week.
Location’s covered are Between Folkestone, Canterbury and Dover currently and you will be required to travel to and from sites.
In order to be successful in this role, you will have the following skills and experience: • Domestic approved 18th edition electrician or roofing equivalent.
