Advising Home Manager on any potential maintenance problems, e.g. heating systems, refrigeration, electrics, gas, and faulty equipment.

Test the fire alarm system, and log results, weekly. Ensure the security of the Care Centre is maintained at all times. \* Use of a car or similar vehicle.

Ensure all equipment is clean and well maintained. Report on well-being of Clients and liaise with GPs and Support Managers etc. \* N/SVQ Level 2 in Care.
