The works taking place on site will include installation of temporary works site hoarding, gates and other adhoc minor civils works as instructed by the client.

Ordering plant and materials for sites. Answering and directing calls, taking messages and being an initial representative of the company on the telephone.

This position also involves lifting garage doors and is a “hands on” role. Salary: Up to £35,000 basic starting salary dependent on experience + benefits*.

Be able to work under pressure and to short deadlines. Be flexible with work priorities when they arise and manage own time efficiently.

Ordering of all buildings and grounds related maintenance materials, tools and equipment and ordering furniture, fixtures and fittings as required.

Full time Kitchen Assistant/ Kp. Wednesday,Thursday,Friday evenings either split shift or straight. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time.
