Good roofing experience (Preferably 3+ years). Must be able to complete all forms of roofing work to a high standard. Full clean UK driving licence.
Decorating bedrooms/shared areas/corridors such as painting/wallpapering etc. £10.00 per hour dependent on qualifications and experience. Must be able to drive.
Competent to use general workshop machinery and hand tools related to the role ofmechanical fitter. Be able to assemble machinery.
To ensure that all lights, other than security lights are turned off. To carry out weekly fire alarm checks on all buildings, record findings, report defects.
