10 hours a week (Monday to Friday AM shift). £20,592.00 per annum (£9.90 per hour) based on 40 hours per week. Be physically fit for walking, bending, etc.

Monday to Friday 16.00 to 19.00 (15 hours per week). Enhanced pay for hours worked on Bank and Public Holidays. PLACE, and in line with local schedules.

People treated by the BCPS have highly complex pain associated disability including physical, mental health and social issues.

Provide information, ‘sign posting’ and support for service users and their relatives/carers with mental health needs.

Dealing with customer queries and reassurances which will include pre-construction and post-construction photos of potential customer claims.

Preparing construction environmental management plans and providing ongoing construction site support. An understanding of construction practices.

To excel in the role as *Property Advisor* you will enjoy helping individuals get the support they need.

Duties will include general repairs and maintenance of the site, undertaking a rolling program of re-decorating and refurbishment, site security and porterage.

You'll be paid £10 per hour (for regular cleans) and £15 (for blitz cleans) and are expected to work to a very high standard.

You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle recruitment process, working across a variety of business functions.
