The Operations Assistant is responsible for supporting the running of all critical day to day systems that enable the business to operate effectively.
Proven track record in construction, fit out and building project management. Experience of building, leading and management of construction projects teams.
Construction project management: 2 years (required). Proven track record in construction, fit out, refurb and building project management.
You will report to and work closely with the Managing Director, identifying site and buildings for development, as well as carrying out viewings.
The role involves assisting tradesmen where needed, handling incoming materials like panels, flooring, wood as well as general tidying.
Cleaning & Tidying of the kitchen area. Hours of work*: 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday 07:00 – 16:30 (7.5 hours per day on a rota basis).
