Our client is an established company based in Berkshire offering job security and stability, they are currently looking to recruit a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join their team.The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of air conditioning systems that includes both standard split systems and products incorporating VRV/ VRF technology.Responsibilities: * To undertake PPM, proactive and reactive works issued through the helpdesk within set time frames so that the customer expectations are met. * To provide a callout response for the client as detailed on the callout rota. * To ensure that equipment operates to specified performance criteria. * To ensure equipment and surrounding area conform to agreed company standards. * To provide a professional service and represent the company in a way which ensures customer satisfaction. * To evaluate performance and ensure the proper servicing and maintenance of equipment under contract to the company is carried out. * To take a pro-active approach to client liaison and ensure that concerns are dealt with or relayed to management as necessary.Qualifications and Experience * Full driving licence * F-Gas Certification * Experience with Fault finding * Previous experience as a mobile engineer * Good team member with excellent communications skills with all levels of the workforce * Basic Electrical Knowledge and safe practices * Relevant Refrigeration and Air-conditioning Qualifications
