Job Role: Air Conditioning Engineer Location: East Lothian Starting: A.S.A.P. Hours: 8am - 5pm Salary: DOE Murray Recruitment are working in partnership with a national Facilities Management provider who have a new vacancy available for an Air Conditioning for a 4month temporary contract. You will be working on a commercial static site based in East Lothian Main duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to: The role involves carrying out planned, responsive and recurring maintenance/remedial works on AC/ HVAC plant Working safely and efficiently to ensure client requirements are met. To take a pro-active approach to client liaison and ensure that concerns are dealt with or relayed to management as necessary. To ensure that administration requirements are actioned on time and all necessary documents / records are maintained accurately. Working in a safe manner at all times, complying with current Health & Safety legislation. You will be working within a busy FM, client facing environment – happy to work to agreed SLA’s Skills, Experience and Qualifications: SVQ/NVQ level 3 Air Conditioning/ Refrigeration FGas Ideally you will have previous experience carrying out service, planned and reactive maintenance. Previous experience working within a busy commercial FM environment. Happy to complete a Disclosure Scotland. Salary: Salary: Dependent on experience TBC – 4-month initial temporary contract Mobile Uniform Overtime Additional training opportunities Hours: Monday – Friday 40 hours per week
