A fantastic opportunity working as an air conditioning and refrigeration engineer has become available working for one of our clients who have been established for over 40 years and offer comprehensive services for air conditioning, refrigeration and mechanical works.Candidate Specification: * Experience working on commercial air conditioning and refrigeration systems. * Knowledge of chillers would be a bonus. * Ideally worked on a variety of major unit manufacturers. * A strong background in carrying out service, fault finding and repairs. * Relevant industry qualifications such as City and Guilds/NVQ (Must hold F-Gas)Benefits Of This Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineer Role: * Basic salary of up to £38,000 (40 hour week) * Great amount of overtime and standby payments for call out * Company van, mobile, tablet, pension and specialist tools provided * 20 days holiday plus bank holidaysThe Role: * Employed as an air conditioning and refrigeration engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out service, maintenance, attending breakdowns and rectifying faults. * You will be required to work on a wide range of equipment from splits, VRV’s and VRF’s to walk in fridges and display cabinets etc. * Completing work on NHS contracts as well as other public buildings. * The majority of the workload will be across the Sussex area. * Taking part on a call out rota of 1 week in 4/5
