Our clients who work in the Facilities Maintenance Sector and provide maintenance to many nationwide blue chip clients are looking to recruit to their growing team of Engineers in the Leicester area.Role Purpose:To Support the sites in delivering building services PPM and Reactive Maintenance to ensure the buildings are maintained to the highest level for visitors, customers, and employees.Responsibilities:Maintenance, servicing, fault finding, Minor Installations, testing and inspection of Commercial/Industrial Air Conditioning and Refrigeration services and equipment within critical environments, Commercial sites - including Hospitals, Clinics and OfficesTo maintain effective site FGas recordsAssist with other building services such as plumbing and carpentryTechnical Guidance, Process and Procedures, Statutory Regulations, Approved Codes of Practice and any applicable aspects of HTMsDeliver the Scheduled, Reactive and Remedial maintenance services via the PPM schedule or as requested by the Help Desk or Service ManagersWork with and support the Projects/Construction team and Technical Services Supervisor in identifying, scoping, and delivering minor capital worksQualifications & Skills:Qualified to Level 2 NVQ in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (Essential)C&G FGAS and ODS Regulations (2079) (Safe handling of Refrigerants Certificate)(Essential)18th Edition (Desired Not Essential)IPAF (Desired Not Essential)PASMA (Desired Not Essential)IOSH(Desired Not Essential)Previous experience working within a building maintenance environmentExperience delivering maintenance services to a specification such as SFG20On Offer:Very Competitive Salary25 days holidayCompany pension contributionCompany VehicleDoor to Door travel paidEmployee BenefitsIf this role would be of any interest at all Please apply with your CV online or call Jamie for more information on (phone number removed)
