You will need to be an excellent communicator with the ability to motivate, coach and develop your team of Volvo Technicians, Service and Parts Advisors.The ideal candidate…You will be able to demonstrate proven experience in a similar role within a main automotive dealership environment.A desire to make Taunton one of the strongest performing Aftersales teams in the Volvo retailer network with a clear determination to meet and exceed targets and KPI's.A detailed understanding of Aftersales processes.A well organised individual with excellent attention to detail.The capability to quickly establish and build relationships by demonstrating a professional and organised approach.The ability to analyse data to identify opportunity and drive performance.Advanced knowledge of Kerridge is preferential although full training will be available.
