Aftersales Administrator - German speaking

Our client is a leading expert in the renewable energy sector; and is currently expanding at a rapid pace. Due to this exciting increase in demand; they are currently looking to recruit an Aftersales Administrator to join their busy and dynamic Aftersales function.With a strong focus on generating revenue for the business by working closely with the Head of Aftersales; you will be executing a range of contracts within the maintenance sector. To achieve this the ideal candidate needs to have a proven track record managing contracts in order to handle the clients’ accounts from inception through to delivery.Based in the Sheffield office; the Aftersales Administrator role will require travel abroad from time to time; forming strong relationships with our clients Germany office; therefore, the ability to speak fluent German is essential in addition to the following responsibilities: * Planning with the Field Resource Manager and relevant Managers across the business as and when team members will be required to travel overseas – ensuring the planning window enables sufficient time for all relevant documentation completion * Accountable for managing the relevant documentation and communication process from end to end, including employee and relevant Manager communications * Maintaining the tracker documents concerning active cases and costs per permit or visa application * Coordinating with HR for the supply of confidential information for permit or visa applications and ensuring any incountry tax implications are addressed * Ensuring employees travelling abroad with work are supported and have access to key information to aid their stay (travel insurance, driving abroad, medical) keeping in contact as required throughout their travel * Work closely with employees at a local level to ensure there are no additional active measures placed on travellers from the UK * Supporting ongoing recruitment of AfterSales team personnel outside of the UK * Supporting the HR team with Skilled Worker applications into the UK business and any relocation projects * Managing and coordinating all nonproject related contracts for Aftersales including those relating to ongoing maintenance and support. * Follow up on engineer reports and actions from PPM visits, liaison with Aftersales logistics for pricing and quoting of additional works and the triggering of invoices against customer purchase orders. * Liaison with the Field Resource Manager & Lead Engineer in preparation and scheduling of PPM visits.To apply please click on the link below
