Sourcing new landscaping staff when necessary and dealing with disputes and disciplinaries, in liaison with the Director and Contracts Manager.
Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).
Work undertaken also includes some groundworks such as decorative paving, concreting, tarmacing, dropped kerbs, ground excavation and light landscaping.
