To work to workload targets in terms of throughput and accuracy. Role holders may be required to cross check and validate work completed by colleagues.
The candidate should ideally have experience of working in a school environment supporting classes with an enthusiasm for improving students learning.
This role may involve some out of hours work. Act as single point of contact within unit for specialist area of work as required.
There will also be a requirement to work shifts in the community and work flexibly across both teams as needed.*. A compassionate and reflective approach.
