Admin Assistant **Coleraine BT51 area

We are currently recruiting for an Admin Assistant to start asap in a public sector role based in the Coleraine area (BT51) The successful candidate will be required to start asap and will also be put through the registration process and Access NI background check and must be able to provide proof of their GCSE's A-C including English and Maths (or equivalent) to qualify for the role. Admin assistant rate of pay: £10.10ph Hours of work: 37 hours per week. Full-time. Monday to Friday. 9am to 5pm Duration: ASAP to 30th June 2021 with possible extension Job duties: General Mail Room duties, Scanning and Imaging documents. These duties include opening incoming mail, assessing applications and returning incorrect applications. ID checking and returning documents securely. Collecting and preparing outgoing mail for collection by the Royal Mail. Scanning application forms and indexing for storage. Keying, filling and answering telephone calls. These duties may include a level of manual handling.
