Working hours: 40 hours per week (mainly Monday to Friday but there will be a need for flexibility to support events or meetings as agreed in advance.).
Carry out cultivation of various mushroom species (exotic and regular) for R&D experiments and sales order fulfillment.
Must have a D1 entitlement on your drivers license or be willing to complete this as you will need to be able to use the homes vehicles including a minibus.
Preparing pre-ordered frozen meals for service. Adherence to guest dietary needs. Maintaining Kitchen cleanliness and cleaning records.
