About the role We are looking for a skilled Warehouse Operative with forklift license to join our Tenbury Wells team on a fixed term contract. Tenbury Wells is one of Kerry's Sweet & Fruit Ingredients' main manufacturing sites. The facility produces a range of fruit preparations including preserves, fillings, fruit sauces and toppings as well as chocolate, caramel and savoury sauces for yogurt, ice-cream and other dairy product manufacturers, for the baking industry and for foodservice groups. The role will include alternating shift pattern Mondays to Thursdays 6am - 2pm, 2pm-10pm and Fridays 5am-12pm, 12pm-7pm. The fixed term contact will last till November 2021.Key responsibilities The Warehouse Operative role will include the following responsibilities: To carry out all reasonable warehouse duties and instructions given by team leaders and managers, including: Taking delivery of Goods and Supplies with agreed Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Loading Stock by use of forklift Safe storing of product Assisting with Stock Taking Preparation & Assembling of stock Despatching of Finished goods to our Customers & 3PLs. . To work efficiently, conscientiously and safely to produce work to the required quality, standard and procedures. To follow policies, rules and regulations relating to Warehouse organisation and controls. To following policies and rules in relation to health and safety and hygiene in the workplace To communicate any issues in the area personal or work related to the appropriate personnel. To keep warehouse and work area clean and tidy Qualifications and skills Experience in similar role Forklift license - essential Full UK driving license – essential Computer literate with knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office Able to work under pressure Team player with good communication skills Attention to details and quality of work
