I am working exclusively with a long lasting client of mine to find a Production Transport Planner located in and around Wakefield. You must be willing to work to tight deadlines and be very organised as you will be the drive of delivering the company products on time. Requirements Be able to plan efficient delivery routes with set time scales and tracking of vehicles. Be extremely organised. Ability to document all working correctly. Have supervision of all vehicles on sight from forklifts up to 16-ton vehicles. Be able to complete safety checks of all vehicles to make sure they are in fit working order. Report on any issues and get repairs and maintenance scheduled. Ensure that H&S and HSE requirements are in place and adhered to. Report all workings directly to the Operations Manager.
