They understand that their People are their most importantresource and are at the core of ensuring that their students have the most enriching and rewarding time at the College.The person & qualificationsHold a full teaching qualification or be willing to undertake oneHold an assessing qualificationHold a level 3 Plumbing and Gas qualification Hold level 2 qualifications in English and Maths Be able to evidence successful experience of teaching, training or assessing groups of students.Possess a full understanding of all aspects of Plumbing and Gas qualifications underpinned by relevant industrial experience.Have experience of internal and external assessment of students and demonstrate the ability to lead on internal and/or external assessment.Have experience of developing and delivering customised, differentiated learning materials and/or innovative curriculum and learning materials which meet the needs of non traditional learners.About ProtocolProtocol are the specialist full-service recruiter dedicated to education, training and skills.
