Job Duties: We are looking for someone to work alongside our skilled operator to learn the operation skills and associated work of our CNC Nesting Machines.The role would suit a person who has good aptitude for computer and problem solving skills, but also likes to apply themselves in a practical way. The role can, at times, be physically demanding, but is always varied.Initially the role will involve assisting the skilled operator with the additional duties required for the role. These include but are not limited to:Loading CNC machines with sheets using forklift.Unloading CNC machines in preparation for next process.Preparing next day sheet material for CNC using forklift.Using panel saw to replace damaged parts.Handling deliveries of sheet material.Assisting with stock control of sheet material.This role is an excellent opportunity for the right person to progress to skilled operator. Qualifications / Experience: Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not essential as training will be given.
