Trainee Lecturer in Plumbing Salary: £16,823 - £23,941 Closing Date: 5.00pm, Tuesday 02 February 2021 Apply: https://www.burnley.ac.uk/about-us/vacancies/   Due to significant growth, we are seeking a Trainee Lecturer in Plumbing to act as a course tutor for full-time programmes and apprenticeships. As a Trainee Lecturer your contact teaching hours, relevant to subject specialism, will increase as you gain in skills and experience.   This post would suit newly qualified graduates who wished to gain a teaching qualification or newly qualified teachers. Lecturer A's have reduced contact hours and are supported through a mentoring system and staff development programmes to develop their classroom practice. You will possess a minimum Level 3 qualification in Plumbing or Gas and you will have experience of successful teaching of Plumbing at Level 3. You will also possess excellent communication and administrative skills. Your responsibilities will include accurately assessing and monitoring student work to assure high achievement for all students and to act as a group tutor for technical certificates including full time and part time students. The salary for this post is £16,823 - £23,941.
