This award winning company is in an exciting position to recruit new team members to join their sales Team. They are looking for an experienced outbound telesales agent to join one of the fastest growing Business to consumer companies in the UK. You will be the voice of our company! As you will be directly responsible for reaching to potential clients and customers letting them know about our current energy services. We are looking for motivated salespeople who like to reach and out and can close when the opportunity presents itself. So, what am I looking for?Previous Telesales or cold calling experienceThe ability to work through being rejected.Happy to work from home and onsite.Experience is preferred but not essential with a complete training programme and a targeting & KPI structure that grows with you. We also work with our staff to ensure you are well looked after. We have invested a lot of time and energy into ensuring our staff are cared for with a free mental health support plan as long with 28 days of holiday. Your shifts will either be majority be 9am till 6 pm however, on occasion you may be asked to work a 10am till 7pm.
